Screenscope Films was founded by Marilyn and Hal Weiner, who have produced, written, and directed more than 225 documentaries, four public television series (Journey to Planet Earth, Women at Work, Faces of Man, and The World of Cooking), and three feature films (Family Business, The Imagemaker, and K2).
Journey to Planet Earth is a current PBS documentary series that dramatizes new ways of looking at the delicate relationship between people and the world they inhabit. The series is designed to help viewers understand and cope with the complexities of developing an agenda to deal with the most important environmental issues of the 21st century.
